Time and Pricing

The actual massage you receive will take as long as you choose it to be by booking your preferred massage. It is very likely that the 4 steps, meaning the whole treatment, will add 10-30 minutes to the actual massage duration, depending on your body, health and if you are a new client. Please take this Ito consideration when booking a massage. The duration of the treatment won’t affect the pricing. You pay for the duration of the actual massage.

 

Payment

We accept cash payment, MBWAY and bank transfer. If you decide to pay via MBWAY or bank transfer, the money has to be on our account at the time of the massage appointment. If you decide to pay cash, please have the amount ready at the time of the massage appointment.

 

Cancelation and Missed Appointments

When booking a massage treatment, that time is set aside for you. If you cancel an appointment or you don’t show up it prevents us from schedule other clients. If you have to cancel an appointment we ask you to do so at least 24hrs before your massage appointment. If you cancel your massage less than 24hrs before the appointment or you don’t show up, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment plus travel cost (in case we drive to your place and you are not there/available).

 

Personal Boundaries

You personal boundaries are respected at any time of the treatment, before and after. We ask you to let us know if you feel uncomfortable and/or feel pain at any time of the treatment.

 

Medical Advice & Refuse of our Services

We don’t provide medical massages and advice and are not certified to do so. We provide professional health stimulating and relaxing massages only. If you take medication and/or suffer from any illness, may it be only at the time of the massage or a chronic disease, we strongly suggest to contact your doctor first and make sure our treatments are not in conflict with your health and wellbeing. This is your responsibility only.

 

On behalf of your health, there are no massages given if you have fever, flu, severe colds, contagious skin disease, vascular conditions, Severe inflammations, Serious heart conditions, extreme fatigue. No massages will be given in combination with the use of drugs, alcohol intoxication, antibiotics, and blood thinners. With severe menopausal symptoms please first contact your doctor.
